• Raw materials warehouse: climate-controlled storage for over 1,200 fragrance ingredients including agarwood chips, essential oils, aroma chemicals and carriers.
• Compounding zone: stainless-steel mixers from 50L to 2,000L, with separate areas for oil-based (attar) and alcoholic compositions to prevent cross-contamination.
• Maceration cellar: aged compositions rest for 4–12 weeks at controlled temperature to develop full character before filling.
• Filling lines: automated semi-rotary fillers, manual rollerball stations, attar & concentré filling — all under filtered air.
• Oud distillation unit: traditional hydro-distillation alongside modern steam distillation for premium oud oil grades.
• Packaging hall: shrink wrapping, hot-stamping, embossing, custom box assembly and gift set bundling.

Every batch passes through a four-stage QC process: raw material verification, mid-production checks, post-fill spray and weight verification, and a final batch sign-off against retained reference samples. Our lab runs GC analysis, viscosity, density and pH tests. The factory operates under GMP-aligned SOPs, IFRA-certified formulations, ESMA/MOIAT documentation and a segregated halal production line.
