Bakhoor Production Process
- Base preparation: sandalwood, oud chips, herbs and resins ground to a controlled particle size.
- Fragrance infusion: the base is soaked with our proprietary perfume oils — oud, rose, musk, oriental — for 48–72 hours.
- Binding & molding: bonded with natural sugars and shaped into chips, briquettes or maamoul tablets.
- Curing: aged for 2–6 weeks so the fragrance penetrates fully and stabilises.
- Packing: sealed in foil, jars, decorative pots or branded private label containers.
